More than experience

here's why Level Up was created

Every story starts this way:

Progress is what keeps kiteboarding exciting.

Every rider remembers the feeling of landing a jump for the first time.

That feeling is what keeps us coming back to the water.

But as life changes, progression often slows down. Work, family, inconsistent conditions, and limited time on the water make it harder to improve.

Level Up was created to solve exactly that problem.

Built by a rider:

The philosophy behind Level Up.

My name is Marek Rowiński.

I’ve been riding since 2006, competing in freestyle, filming projects, and coaching upcoming talents. Along the way I won multiple national freestyle titles, filmed an award winning Hitchhiker [2022], and worked with various kite brands.

What is most important I figured out how to stay in the sport and keep having fun from a single discipline for years!

Learn how to keep your progression going and you will enjoy every second of it!

I started young but from the beginning I worked out a system that made me learn faster and more efficiently. From zero to multiple competition wins, titles and sponsorships.

Those experiences shaped my riding. But they are not the reason Level Up exists.

The real reason is something much simpler:

After more than 20 years, I still look forward to every session because I keep learning

What is even more significant is that I figured out how to maintain a high level of riding even in my 30s and little hours on the water because of my busy schedule, family and other obligations. Now I want to share my experience so you can unlock your true potential as well!

People say it’s easier said than done so let me tell you how I did it...

01.

Progress is not based on luck

Why do some riders keep improving while others reach a plateau and stay there?

The answer wasn’t talent. It wasn’t expensive equipment. It wasn’t living in the perfect location.

It was having a system.

Over the years I developed my own approach to learning—a way of breaking down complex skills, identifying the few things that matter most, and making every session count.

That system became the foundation of Level Up.

02.

Methodology beats volume

Smarter progression beats more time on the water.

When I was younger, I could spend endless hours training. Today, like many riders, I balance kiteboarding with other responsibilities.

Ironically, I learned more about progression after having less time to ride.

Because when every session matters, you stop wasting energy on random attempts. You become intentional and learn what actually moves you forward.

That mindset is at the heart of everything we create.

03.

Unique experience

More than "just kiteboarding".

My background in competition taught me performance.

My work outside kiteboarding taught me analytical thinking, and structured problem solving.

Those two worlds came together to create a different approach to coaching—one that combines technical analysis with the creativity and freedom that kiteboarding has always represented.

04.

Smart progression

A modern way to learn.

The sport has evolved. The way we learn should change too.

Today we have access to videos, online communication, and digital learning tools that simply didn’t exist 20 years ago.

Instead of replacing traditional coaching, Level Up uses these tools to make quality guidance available anywhere in the world, whenever you need it.

05.

The mission

To improve skill level and safety.

Progression should not be limited by where you live, how much free time you have, or how often you can travel to coaching camps.

Great coaching should be accessible to anyone. Learning should fit around your life—not the other way around.

That’s why Level Up exists.
